Griffen Silver *potential spoilers and speculation

I recall awhile back Terry saying something about the story taking a different fork in the road and Francine falling for Griffen Silver.

So it appears that Griffen is sort of a cross between Brad (the man she is supposed to marry) and Katchoo (the woman she has these *feelings* for).

It appears that Francine's story arc is rapidly approaching the front burner!

hmmmmmmm. i see your point about how he might be a male katchoo, but i dont think that anythings gonna happen. thats what im putting my bet in as. but i love the fact that youre thinking and that, i mean, really? none of us have a frikkin clue. you could very well have hit the nail on the head.

ohhhh it must be! Think of it, Terry is a master at this... he lays his hints and clues as carefully as break-beam alarms, you don't even realise you've tripped over it until it's to late. And he put a big joke on that page to distract everyone. Most people remeber Casey squealing and pouncing Katchoo and the "Irish Setter" joke... and overlook this little jem.
And another thing I noticed(totally unrelated) is that Mary Beth didn't have that tatoo before. Think of that last page back in ummmm, well it was when we found out that Tambi(M. B.) was after Katchoo and she was looking at the three pics and two crossed out, we see her from the back in just a sport bra and she has no tiger. Is this a symbol of her new independence? She works for herself, a dangerous tigress stalking the silicon jungle...

Francine runs to Hawaii to see Katchoo, Brad runs to Hawaii to see Griffin. They see each other there and maybe Francine and Brad get to talking again (especially if Katchoo rejects Fran) and they go back to TN/Houston together and marry. Maybe Francine marries Brad because Katchoo rejects her (Kat could be sick of the ping ponging by now that Francine does).

Could be an allegory of the Femur wedding(or maybe an indirect one, with contrasts?) wedding, on a grander scale. Y'know, will their marriage compare and/or contrast with Freddie and Casey's?

Can you picture Brad & Francine exchanging vows under a waterfall? Marie would have a fit! What would the bridesmaids wear? What about the caterer? No, I think it will really be in Tennessee.
